Return policy- Rottnproducts

Please contact us via email first before returning any item. In the subject line, please write “Return Request”. If item is received unsatisfactory to original description of purchased item, send back within 5 business days, product will be inspected, a decision will then be made on refund or exchange.

Please note: Production items are subject to insufficient product quality (slight size variances because they are hand made items) and must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely with careful packaging, we cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged by use or damaged by customer fault after 5 business days.

Some minor damages can be repaired on items. To inquire about repairing your item, please send an email with photos. We will then be better able to determine if repairs can be done and the cost of said repairs.

Our customer satisfaction is nearly perfect. We want you to love what you get from us and love your experience with us. So if you don’t, please email us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to make you happy.
